狀況很差很累,下次不帶太多東西了,我真的腳很沉重使不上力很酸,腳底又有小抽筋,背包又一直晃磨到脖子很像燒檔的fu,感謝跑友後來幫我背,27k休息一下有3k上坡才到好望角(我狀況差只好請人騎車載我上去),被載時忘記按掉app後來到好望角先上傳手機也完全沒電,休息一下跑5k到白沙屯,我今天總里程是32k多,很難熬的32k還好跑完了,比其他跑友少跑3k上坡,他們是35~36k大家都好棒。期待下次再約囉。
