早上雨勢不小,練習長間歇2k(p4:25)*5,跑休400m,每圈約配108"~104",感覺這配速身體還可以接受,剛剛好的速度,3k或5k應該會想跳車。手動計圈,所以有幾段GPS即時顯示速度都太快(約快10-15秒),看來跑場內非手動計圈不可,跑完身體是舒爽的~
