特地跑來河濱就是想跑半馬,腳的狀況還不是不好,今天的狀況起跑就比上星期感覺不好,不過最後到新海橋看到到品足,陪最後7公里,否則應該很難完成,所以即使跑的狀況不理想,不過最後還是完成...只是腳的狀況一直沒好轉,接下來進入跑步旺季,又報了一堆,真是不知未來會如何...
