第二場五十公里超馬,比起去年冬山河成績進步了約二十分鐘,個人是很滿意了。雖然體能與腿肌力可以負荷,不過腳底板在三十五公里後就狀況連連,要想辦法克服與鍛鍊才行,不然這雙腳可能每跑必傷阿。
