今天,帶內人練跑。從伸港到培英國小,看到幾位培慢大哥在練跑。打聲招呼後往和美運動公園前進,一路注意內人速度及步伐。隨時調整速度。不過自己以往都練固定速度。一下子降太多,身體冷的很快!
