過30之後,就算分3次休息補給!
最後的10k還是非常虐心!
跑的相當無力!
30k左右就發現步伐僵硬跨不出去!
可能筋太緊繃了!給他拉一拉舒緩一下!
果然有改善!但是只有幾K的效果~
最後6k太熱鬧了!只能跟著慢慢跑~
很難擠出來!😅
還是很高興完賽!
還碰到黃可晨大哥赤腳跑!
跟了他一小段就跳車!太快了!
