今天練習LSD 30K,澄清湖外圍順-逆-順-逆共4圈約28.5K,最後又進入後門,在環湖步道跑了約2K,由於今天早上起床只吃了一包能量果凍,在第四圈約22k 處,我開始肚子餓,全身無力,就開始邊走邊跑快要變步兵,撐到大門口,結果賣饅頭的下班了,因為我的機車放在後門,車內有香蕉,餅干及飲料,所以我一定要撐到後門,但是撐到26K,我已經餓到全身發軟,還好在27K我看到全家,就立馬衝進去吃早餐並多吃了一條巧克力,身體能量得到補充後,進入後門內要完成今天的30K練習,結果在29.67K,我的右小腿抽筋了,立即拉筋稍微恢復後再繼續跑,心裡在想,能增加多少距離,都是新的里程碑,但是在這時候兒子call我,要我載他去他的同學家玩,那好吧,今天就30K吧。今天的心得:補給很重要,餓到發軟真的會跑不動,真是舉步維艱。另外,腳抽筋也不可忽視,有可能將是壓跨全馬的最後一根稻草,雖然跑到30K後,除了腳很酸外,我的精神狀況還算不錯,剩下的12K,應該也可以順利完成,但是如果腳持續抽筋,我想可能最多能再撐幾百公尺就不錯了。
