起跑前去上了個廁所(有點拉肚子><"),又延後出發。
一開始人潮有點多,路又很小條,為了閃人要維持配速有點辛苦,也有點火氣。前20km都能按照5:40的配速跑,20km後有點掉速,但盡量維持在6:00速內。28km肚子超痛,菊花很辛苦夾緊,30km看見廁所, 進去蹲了好久....出來腿都軟了,試著跑了一下只能維持6:30速,加上左腳小腿阿基里斯腱附近肌肉很痠,沒辦法用前腳掌著地,改用全腳掌或腳跟落地。破4無望,繼續跑下去可以破PB,但覺得破PB好像沒意思,我想破4...小腿肌肉又痛,不想受傷擺爛用走的好了,至少走得很開心~到40km手錶沒電......
