開跑前去個不熟悉的點倒垃圾,記錯時間,結果追垃圾車跑了一公里才追到,算是另類的暖身!起跑前3公里下起毛毛雨,幸好後來雨停了,不用弄濕襪子鞋子,也涼爽許多。
西子灣中山大學校友樓新開了間康是美,終於把擋在人行道的鐵鍊路障移除,跑起來順暢安全許多,一切還是得以商業掛帥,哪天才能真的以行人的用路安全為第一考量呢?
