| 前一天的推拿發揮作用,跑起來沒有沉重感,拉緊護膝的膝蓋沒有太多的抗議。
一開始設定6:30的速度,看看能跑多少,沒想到超過20k後速度就一路往下降,也慢慢退化變成步兵,到後來連5小時內的目標也失守。。。期待明年的自己能更好
