今天比較涼爽,可是起跑時還是很沒力,除了酸痛,也因為中午跟小派的媽媽見面聊,吃素食火鍋沒想到好多好飽。快比賽了想說要適應內道今天就跑第三道,結果前五圈反而都超過2'30",之後才漸漸縮短每圈時間。看來我又漸漸轉為慢熱體質了,也好反正比賽時會更慢,能持續跑下去更重要。
整體跑下來因為速度不快天氣也不熱,不會覺得很累,最後一圈還有一點餘力可以消耗掉。只是原本舒服的涼感衣濕了之後卻很難風乾,好像還不如排汗衣阿~
