這兩天中秋連假暴飲暴食,肚子整個都凸出來了,非常有罪惡感,今天無法參加高雄心酸團團練,就自己獨推,剛開始跑時覺得肚子漲漲的跑得很不舒服,大概5~6K後才覺得好一點,第一趟回程時太陽已出現但還不至於太熱,但第二趟去程時太陽開始發揮,跑到折返點時又熱又累去便利商店買兩瓶冰的蜂蜜水補給一下,但8K的回程跑的還是很掙扎,在沒有遮蔭的車道曬的頭都抬不起來,且跑且走,終於撐完33K!
