這一週真忙,業務要忙,又要餐敘,早上又要提早上班,真的好好的休跑了五天,好像是練跑以來最久沒跑步的紀錄,也許讓腳充分休息效果會更好。
今天來澎湖風景管理處後方苗圃及公園練跑,這一段比較有多處上坡可練習,雖然陽光還蠻大,跑在樹蔭多的公園一點也不熱,抓下一隻隱形半馬,真好。
