本月功課長距離跑,體驗一下超過半馬的感覺,天氣一開始涼涼的,到了13k出大太陽,熱爆了~後來20k左右太陽被烏雲擋住了,相當的悶熱,後面水一直灌,滿肚子水跑起來不舒服~這個月最難的已經完成,後面改調整跑,其他下個月繼續= ="
