| 這場山路馬賽事完全沒有準備,等於是臨時接受挑戰,想說以平常心跑跑看,一開跑稍微放慢速度,遇到下坡時再慢慢加速,前半馬速度還算穩定,不過我後來想想還是跑太快了,第24K開始腳起水泡,有些不舒服,但不影響速度,第32K後腳開始不舒服,甚至碰到抽筋,只能用邊跑邊走的模式下去硬撐,遇到上坡就用走的,平坡或下坡稍微小跑步,這場原本目標就預定破4完賽,邊跑邊走的過程一直緊盯手錶時間,就這樣結束後半馬,回到終點後狀況還可以,這場不算是我的初馬,只是能算是初馬前的練習,成績不是很重要,重要的是我碰到狀況時如何去度過所碰到的狀況。(實跑42.65K)
