休息了二天,星期五加班無法練跑,星期六下了一整天的雨,加上天氣冷,晚上吃了今年的第一次薑母鴨,熱量一直囤積在肚子裡,有點罪惡感。
星期日早上起床,雨還是在下,中午又與家人及朋友相約吃了韓國烤肉,熱量持續上升,下午一定要來一趟長距離的LSD。二點半轉了鬧鐘,睡一小時吧!起床,什麼,五點多了,真是好睡的天候,天色已漸漸昏暗,風也越來越大,出門吧,別想太多啦。
到了體育場有幾位跑友已在熱身(跑完後),我才正要開始,沒有人在場內練跑,只有四、五個人在健走,熱身後起跑,在寒冷的天候下,一人獨自奔馳在馬場內。寂寞、無聊,想著昨日東吳的24H,關家良一完成的653圈,261K多,感覺好像自己也正在跑東吳馬一樣,黑夜裡向目標一步一步的前進。
