隨著先前小孩生病住院治療因照料而減少跑量,還好折騰了大寶近16天,她終於康復了,心中放下擔憂!又⋯⋯開始能晨跑啦!
好久沒跑南林上下多P,變得會用騎車來迴避喘氣不順的感覺,今天起跑前~告訴自己壓著速度,不要讓自己太喘,也不要讓速度偏快時腳底磨破皮,試著順跑就好!我要嘗試~南林3P「燙價卡」來跑半馬看看,3P上時又一度想放棄,期勉自己再不跑上去就會越退越回去!⋯⋯所以加油💪⋯再撐一下,要逼自己不要停。
