休息一周的左小腿,走路還是有些微腫脹感覺,今日測試傷勢復原狀況,換了後腳跟較寬大的慢跑鞋,但忘了套小腿束套(大失誤),起跑5分半速,1K之後,腫脹的位置開始有感覺,降到6分半好一些,到6K三腳渡稍作休息補給,覺得狀況還在可忍受範圍,繼續加碼到下塔悠水門(過度貪心了)。再起跑就「很有感覺了」,只好繼續降到7分速,腦中突然閃過「砍掉重練」四個字。果不其然,慢慢撐到11K水門旁的福德宮喝完水之後,回程再起跑居然跑不起來,左小腿感覺好像被鎮暴警察警棍狠K過,只好先緩走ㄧ段再慢慢跑,勉強撐回家趕緊冰敷穿束套。目視可見左小腿微腫,應該是肌肉撕裂傷吧,明天可能要休息了。
