感冒第三天了,今天不只喉嚨痛,還覺得虛弱想睡,整天沒精神工作。下班時有點猶豫,要不要去跑?尤其到操場發現天空飄著小雨,這在平常可能覺得涼,感冒時就變得像針一樣刺人了。因此決定去屋簷下,跑少一點就好,本週有比賽,要減量了。
GPS有比較準了,不過繞小圈還是容易有落差,報時小姐又很快就不說話了,後來我也搞不清楚被少算了幾圈。想說跑到72圈有17.5k就好,結果回來看才知道少算了8圈,結果今天也沒有減量到。
關於每圈距離,250m太灌水,240又覺得委屈,今天折衷改為245好了。
