原本不規劃這場賽事, 但覓幽蘭走跳社一年只報一場賽事, 一定要支持。
前6K是山路,全馬跑兩趟,等於要爬4次,山路太累就只能用走的,原本以為保4應該很難了,但在約34K補給站志工給我一包應該是能量果膠之類的,吃了之後除了山路,最後3K竟然還能跑510速度,以前到最後大概只能跑6分半~7分速,之前都沒吃過,這吃了好像真的有效,下次可以考慮買來吃看看。
