桃園劉宸榮 第34馬 台南古都國際馬拉松 3.47.16完走 分組5
兩天一夜 台南美食知性旅遊
DAY1:一早南下殺到台南,第一站先去大哥推薦阿裕牛肉湯品嘗,主打溫體牛,現場吃起來跟外面一碗100牛肉湯完全大勝,湯頭部分相當清甜,且內用魯肉飯任意吃有經過一定要來喔。接著前往奇美博物館參觀,外觀有如法國凡爾賽宮,建物融合希臘與羅馬整體呈現出藝術與造型唯美感,挺適合拍照的好地方。
中午到安平老街走走,照例先吃美食小吃再說,周氏蝦捲、義豐冬瓜茶、照興蜜餞、周氏豆花、蝦餅明太子勾勾冰等,一群人吃到好滿足,跑步可能比不上別人但吃東西可不輸人^^
下午到台江國家公園及觀夕平台看看風景拍拍照~晚上入住家新大飯店,旁邊就是著名花園夜市,周末人潮真恐怖,買些育弘推薦小吃就回飯店休息啦~
DAY2:早晨坐計程車前往會場,體感溫度完全不會冷可見今天就是烤肉馬,545開跑,一開始先跟330配速列車一起跑,8.5K折返點看同組的有10個左右跑在我前面,10K後決定放生330列車配太快跟不上,一路順順的跑,路線上有很多大大小小的橋,跑上坡得注意一下避免乳酸累積太多,23K後過四葉大橋,整體速度就慢下來,流汗流個不停,整場水及運動飲料不知喝了多少,最後5K挺掙扎勉強跑起來順順回終點啦~賽後成績退步,但天氣偏熱,保守跑總比爆掉好,且撈得分五獎座~
恭喜雙連長跑組長、吳大哥、李大哥順利完跑,同行平鎮愛跑團成員們也都平安完賽喔~每次跟大家出來都很開心,謝謝照顧宸榮小弟我喔~
