早晨來跑後山二寮豆花加加碼路線,中程遇到朋友(輝哥)反向跑,最後10k太陽出來開始要耐熱練習,後面5k沒有遮蔽物好熱,開始有撞牆感覺大腿後側有點要抽筋,停下來拉筋一下放慢速度跑有比較好了,古都馬前最後一次山路LSD拉長距離練習。
