前天吃太爽 當晚就爆腸胃炎....
沿路都不敢吃東西 只有在快20k時拿了一包補給站的能量包
撐到30k就撐不住 急忙找店家上廁所
出來後又在30k左右拿了一包繼續跑走
36k在獅頭山時看到雞精,想說試試看
結果一喝 差點又拉出來@@
就決定慢慢走回終點了....
差點破了這個跑季的PW啊!
回家後 整晚就是上吐下瀉,下次這樣就直接棄賽了QQ
