台中kevinchi 集集馬是2016最後一場賽事,回顧近4個月,杉林溪馬、二水馬(較少山路,也未能破PB)、南投馬、今天的集集馬,逢山路必抽筋(大抽小抽),每每28-30k就蠢蠢欲抽只能說練習不夠,ㄧ整年的練習速度沒有提升,體力有稍好一些,賽後的恢復較去年快很多,總之只有在努力。
