今天早上大家一起5點水樣配速430 21公里到30公里不等最後只有我一個人完成30公里因為他們本來就只有要跑21公里而已我15公里左右肚子痛上一次廁所後來陸續停錶喝水休息又加上他們跑完了讓我一時間沒有動力還好最後還是有吃下來雖然跑得不好最後跑了32公里前面2公里熱身下個禮拜天做最後一次LFD加油!
