昨天帶小孩坐火車,去看新社花海,一整個累,早上沒睡飽,就開始半馬訓練,結果就是前10k,沒睡醒的跑,後10k,醒了,但身體找不到跑姿體感,直到最後2k,才感覺一切正常,但也快跑完了😔
