果然還是太相信自己的體感配速,感覺前面五K很順,14K以後就失速了....不過今天跑了很有趣的路線,公道五接到竹22,原來早上的竹22這麼清新~~下次再提早起跑時間,相信竹22應該可以更加快速攻破
