晚起,實在是被太陽打敗,決定好好繼續懶,下午終於努力爬出被窩,出門~三進新漁港~老規矩一趟4.5,3趟13.5,補2小圈湊15,這個路線是缺點出現了,就是在溫度偏高的時,要4.5k才能補一次水,在第三趟剛跑不久就口渴啦,只能努力撐完路線~
