好像第一次睡過頭,一早就在趕時間,不過其實時間還是很多....不過整天不是很順....過了就算了....
陪跑還是會跑得不順,本來想跑5小時內的,不過跑得不順就一直下修,有時又會多進水站,所以還是自己依狀況跑比較好...再過2星期又要跑12小時了,跑超馬真的很累,又練得不夠,以後要先練習標馬,讓自己可以跑得輕鬆些,再來考慮超馬才對...所以現階段先不要考慮超馬了...
