應該是太久沒跑了,整個肌力完全不行,算算也快二個月沒正常跑一場馬拉松,上次跑是真武山、世外桃園,這二場都不算正常跑步,想想比較像跑步是12月6日環大台北,但那場也是受傷,已經好久沒有好好跑了,所以昨天跑20公里感覺有點累,但還好,但超過半馬以後,真的沒力氣,跑好慢,以前休息一下跑還有6分速,那天休息過後,竟然跑到8分速...真傪,所以最近要開始練習跑步了...再這樣下去不行...
