本想說跑跑看M!
M心率但M配速(652)失敗😅
前面跑ㄧ跑很焦慮,因為找不到較近的廁所⋯😰
跑到快5km看到指標寫廁所400m時快馬加鞭衝去!
出來後折返,跑起來沒力沒力,
我想ㄧ定是心魔發作惹⋯
咬著牙耐著性子繼續跑下去!
終於折返到出發點,喝個水後繼跑,
心想我今天至少要跑個15km,
感覺我是對自己太好⋯
