今日以自己沒想過的成績完賽,感謝上帝!祂給予我幾乎全平的賽道,微風細雨,很適合我的天氣。
沿途綠樹成蔭,河水滾滾流動,跑來充滿詩意。因為要跑兩圈,跑了一次大雨,第二次更能欣賞風景。第一次,沒走全跑的。因為想專心跑,連大會預備的羅東美食都沒吃,專心食gel防老抽撞牆。
幸虧花檣渡假民宿大哥相送,寄存去完洗手間,到起點就立刻開跑,熱身都沒時間做。
感恩全程沒有抽筋,沒有撞牆,沒有停下來。跑極都有貨,真正享受馬拉松比賽的一次!多謝高手提點。她說:你想享受輕鬆完賽,每日跑10K吧!It really makes a difference!!
