最近跑步的感覺不好,但假日還是要跑一下半馬,本來5:30有一團要跑30公里,但我覺得自己狀況不好無法那麼遠,所以6點自己跑,剛好Jerry也要跑,便2人一起往社子島跑,兩人狀況都不好,所以速度不快,回程我跑原路,Jerry跑短邊,因為太陽出來了很曬,所以速度加快,早一點跑完,前面速度不快,回程才能加速
