本來今天目標設定是全程不用走的
沒想到在上大廟前的陡坡硬撐的結果就是
在進入廟前的彎道
雙腳後二頭肌大抽筋,只能停下來做伸展
以為有好一點的時候,雙腳的前四頭肌也來湊一腳
加上右膝又開始有聲音了
只能龜著跑走
前半馬比上週石門馬還快,結果後半馬用了快3小時
唉,我盡力了
這個月跑了五場馬,我設定的250K的跑量依然失敗
