今天台北下整天雨,但北投天氣不錯,所以下班後回家隨便吃了一下就出門跑,雖然前天的痠痛還沒完全恢復,但還是跑了16公里,因為禮拜天田中全馬配速,之後要減量跑,預計禮拜四再小跑10公里就好
