今天第一次跑連日馬,有點緊張,腳又受傷,不知會不會更嚴重...今天蠻多人的,全馬半馬又一起跑,所以就跟著很慢的速度往前進,不過也快不起來,只想看能撐多久是多久了,希望至少能跑半馬...就這樣跑著跑著,腿雖然有點痠,但都可以繼續跑,腳背有點痛,但也都可以忍,抱著補給站就進去,上坡就走的,也慢慢接近終點,記得32,33k處的風好大,但33k的啤酒好好喝,喝了二杯再繼續跑...跑到第2圈小圈時,發覺剛剛跑這覺得好遠,結果第2圈,3公里多一下子就跑完,果然接近終點,有點快鬆一口氣的感覺,原來自己也是可以完成...現在只期待腳快點好...否則跑完其實都比較嚴重...
