今天下午有事請假,事情辦完後趁好天氣跑步,跑一下好久沒跑的這條路線,穿上好幾年沒穿的NB競速薄底跑鞋,看看是否沒壞還能穿,鞋子狀況還不錯,但我的速度起不來,因為4點多太陽還很大,所以戴著墨鏡出門,秋天太陽很快下山,回程已很暗,戴著墨鏡看不太清楚馬路
