8月中開始加入肌力訓練,前兩天去台南玩吃得還不錯,也沒做什麼肌力訓練,睡得也很好,也許是有充分休息的關係,今天跑起來感覺一開始覺得體力充沛,前幾K北宜路的上坡相較於上次跑的感覺,顯得輕鬆寫意,速度有幾次不小心快一些(5:30)後壓低速度,之後就一直努力讓自己維持6:10左右配速到結束,事後發覺自己這樣跑速十分接近自己半馬PB
