為了彌補渣打馬取消的失落,決定參加「山貓線上馬」,鑒於週三晚上間歇訓練致梨狀肌有點拉傷,週四、五認真做「深層熱療、電療」之復健,感覺好很多,就暫時不理醫生要我休跑一週的叮嚀。
