昨天跑了3公里,後門關不住,只好折返。今天就是要完成昨天的殘念,沒想到到了3公里一樣的情形,雙小腿的肌肉異常的痠,5公里後就順一點,順便訓練後門括約肌的忍功。
浴途左邊的紅豆田無心欣賞,伴隨著右邊機場內C-130的引擎聲,只能專注地看著遠方調整呼吸,但是太專注的結果,卻被呼嘯而過的砂石車和小客車給嚇到。
終於,在14公里處到了加油站,這家加油站,在上個月的單車國道馬拉松也來施肥一次,揪感心耶。在輕量化後,跑速不知不覺地提升,真是無事一身輕,不直接回家,繞了一下路,補足21公里剛好到家。
