早上五點半準備出門時發現外面下起噢,便回到沙發在小憩一下。六點多雨停了就出門,本來今天想長跑可是時間上已經不允許了。
起跑後發現狀況還OK,所以就努力地維持一下速度,發現在13K之後速度掉很快,彷彿力氣一下子被抽掉,前一K跟後一K差10秒以上,這發生幾次了,下次要帶補給品 看會不會改善情況!
