星期四的山路團練……
一大早4:30從家裡跑出門,昨晚群組裡面,有一些人po文,明天不跑白雲步道喔!原因…要減量/參與(冬山河)馬拉松,賽前必須稍作調整,而我今天原本打算白雲步道+楓林步道後直奔鯉魚潭/環潭,就在下山後看到太陽的熱情,讓我打了退堂鼓,還是跑七腳川好了,跑了一圈後…看到了白雲步道在呼喚我,趕快跑上來,就這樣…今天一樣的路線跑2趟,湊成一個全馬喔!
