臨時換今天值班,沒時間去跑,那就下班後跑回家吧。也許是很久沒這樣做了,老媽跟老婆都很擔心,說跑不動的話再打電話叫他們來載。呵,其實我平常練跑的距離都比這條路還長,實在不用擔心。
太晚起跑,有點冷了,市區又紅燈多走走停停的,直到過了開封路才開始穩定跑。到南島大道幾乎沒人還真冷清,不過我也常跑更晚的,這個就不覺得有多可怕了。
半路還順便去康樂站拿車票,真的是很跑步結合生活啊~
