活水湖標鐵前的最後一次轉換練習~~
騎了30K,一樣回轉速控制在80rpm+, 今天轉換到跑步很順利,6K還能均速5:38,嗯多次的轉換練習有漸抓到訣竅了,現在只希望游泳不要出狀況就好!^^
