腿傷比預期恢復快很多,幸好是雷聲大雨點小的傷勢,今天去試跑了一下,也不刻意放慢速度,就是按照自己平常練跑的步調,跑完感覺大概好了八、九成吧~~不過結束伸展完還是要沖冷水降溫比較保險(抖)
