下班先去配眼鏡,看牙醫,到操場時也差不多太陽剛下山可以開始跑。前段狀況還不錯天氣涼涼腳也不酸,忍不住速度就快了一點。結果24圈喝水時發現鞋襪都濕了,奇怪才跑10k怎麼比最近長距離還濕?突然覺得害怕就慢下來了。算了今天的目標是48圈,比昨天多一圈,就不強求速度了。
後面10圈左右遇到幾個很壯的打赤膊在練間歇跑,速度很快很厲害,只是操場是公共場所有很多婦女小孩,這樣不穿上衣實在不太禮貌,汗水也容易甩到別人身上。我本來想去拍門口的場地規則勸導他們,結果規則倒是沒寫到這條,不過還是覺得不妥。
