自從兩週前的Formosa Trail 腳扭傷後,幾乎休跑狀態,加上這幾天生理期好像快來,腹部悶痛了三天,4點鬧鐘響時,一直在被窩裡掙扎要不要去台北馬會場...
還好跑前有自己先做好心裡建設,不要爆衝,慢慢跑順順跑完賽就好,但跑完腳踝又有點隱隱做痛了,兩週後還有北港馬,又要ㄘㄨㄚˋ勒蛋了😫
