話說要用一個星期的時間來平復身心靈寫心得。
今年是第兩次參加,有了去年的經驗,今年就不是那麼緊張,但今年的訓練量少很多,對於設定的目標還是有點近鄉情怯。
如以往一樣提前一天出發,走著去年的相同路線(採買補給品與吃一年一會的來來牛排),晚間9點送完夜100的噴噴與釗哥後回到宿舍進行選手之夜???,but大家身負重任就小小喝一點就睡夢中......
23號零晨5點天氣還飄著細雨,好在起跑沒多久就雨停,跑友歐大一起跑就開出去總一把整個領先集團的速度帶起來,配速與賽前設定有些快,但在天亮前涼涼的氣溫下多累積點里程數也不錯,就順順體感跑。身體狀況不錯到10K才進一次水站和15K一條能量膠,兩圈40K時間3:41:00(配速5:32),第三圈一開始先吃了私補品蛋糕和蠻牛,時間來到九點多太陽開始熱力四射了,所以速度降到六分半水站每站進喝水降溫,第三圈圈速降到7:21(時間2:25:50),因為前兩圈累積的本錢夠,讓60K完成的時間可以在6:07:50(配速6:08),與設定的10K/小時目標相差不多。要開始第四圈已經接近中午,天上晴空萬里,身體完全接受無情太陽的煎烤,跑到62K時竟然左右兩邊同時側腹痛,痛到完成無法跑,只能開始當步兵了(心想現在就開始走可能會讓期許目標和破PB獎飛了),好在一位素未平生的跑友張大哥看到我很痛苦邊走邊扶著腰,停了下來陪了我走了一段路和教我如何舒緩側腹痛,就開始能跑走跑走地前進就是件好事了,第四圈80K辛苦中完成了,圈速降到8:56(時間2:58:28),在邁向最後一圈前先再吃蛋糕和蠻牛與換上ㄚ拖(此時才發現雙腳大拇指外側各長了一個大水泡和血泡),換了ㄚ拖讓炙熱腫脹的雙腳得以解放呼吸,跑到85K撞牆了,心想已經被那麼多人超車應該是總排無望了,就開始當步兵慢慢走和對向的跑友互相打氣加油,過折返點最後10K,看到時間點還有機會在預計的完賽時間內,開始跑了起來,回程與補給站志工道聲感謝,沿途的跑友加油,在終點前600公尺前處看到一群熟悉man迎接我完賽。過終點在領完賽證明同時聽到大會廣播男總10劉家榮,高興到忘了疼痛。
