聽跑友說因為獎金高很多高手來,本來半信半疑後來發現柯帥帥,吉雷米,破3龍神,咪咪賢伉儷,鳳慢7-8個320內的高手,看來傳聞不假。
起跑後超級順,今天的配速是打算前半配440後半500,一開始都很不錯還遇到了偶像周玲君,一起跑了24K,這當中有時我是她的領跑員有時她是我的領跑員,可惜24K之後我後繼無力只能放掉,後面的3738當步兵,拖著爆掉的大腿肌,勉強活著回來........想想鳳慢大哥對我說的話,的確我都沒練長距離連半馬都沒有,跑量也是很可憐的97K,肌耐力嚴重不足,努力下一馬阿公店至少要保住330
