桃園JANY WANG 雖然,我以為天冷可以再創佳績,勉強撐30公里,後面就爆得亂七八糟,完全提不起速度,只有冷和餓,第一次跑到肚子餓,出發後將薄外套丟了,手套掉了一個也不能用了,完全短袖短褲淋雨完賽,頭上TAIWAN 字樣國旗帽,丟不起臉用走的,只好用驕傲不起來的速度撐到終點,對30公里以後的掉速感到無力回天,唯一慶幸的是沒抽筋,一路上一直跟台北馬的自己比較,這場就是跑到乾掉,想快快不起來,台北馬游刃有餘留下遺憾,這場唯一的優點就是,跑完還能正常走路,隔天完全無礙,也沒有很累睡到爬不起來。 賽後評分: IAAF金牌賽事,長見識了,對選手的遵重和整個賽事秩序流程,設計,人員投入,真的沒話說。有幸能成為賽事跑者感到很幸福。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
